iKusasalethu Education Projects main objectivies are to:

1. To provide educational support/career guidance and motivation.
2. To provide early education for children before they could enrolled at tertiary level
3. To work in collaboration with other organizations that mainly deal with youth community developent projects but not limited to any of the above.
4. To contribute funds towards learners who cannot afford tertiary education fees.
5. To empower, uplift and enhance the living standards and skills of the people of our community.
6. To make a difference to the lives of all the poor, needy and illiterate people in our community.
7. To educate our community and through this powerful medium allow them to partake in the decision making, regarding thier destiny within a broader community.



 

The Organization's secondary objectives will be:

1. To promote an educational community.
2. To provide physical, socio emotional and emotional means of learners.
3. To create a protective enviroment in which attention is given to school work and the thought to use his or her free time constructively.
4. To arrange montly meetings and prepare reports on finances and overall running of the project.

Our Code of Conduct: iKusasalethu Education Project has zero tolerance for the following in the living enviroment (schools and community: Racism, Sexism, Criminal behaviour, Vandalism and abuse of resources and propery, Religious segregation/discrimination, Violation of rules of education conduct.
